At Swathera Sales, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience from start to finish. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and Asia. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process. Please review our policies below:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- In the original packaging.
- Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, as well as personalized or custom-made items, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Include any relevant photos if applicable.
- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide detailed instructions, including the return address and necessary forms.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the completed return form.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the provided address using a trackable shipping method to ensure it is received.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you opted for free shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the desired item and size in your initial email. Once your return is received and processed, we will ship the new item to you. Exchanges are subject to availability.
